Hi, I’m Dr. Samreen Mongillo, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and mind-body coach. I help people reduce stress, improve their health, and cultivate greater balance and joy through practical, science-based approaches.
My coaching is designed to help you create a lifestyle that supports better health, balance, and joy, using practical, science-based tools and a grounded, self-compassionate approach that supports sustainable change.

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, movement science, and the relationship between physical health and stress.
In addition, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s degree in Adult Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. This background allows me to translate complex concepts into practical, accessible tools and to support adults in meaningful, sustainable behavior change.
To further support my mind-body work, I completed an Advanced Belief Clearing Practitioner Certification through The Clearing Academy, studying under Joe Vitale. I am also a Certified Trainer in the Jack Canfield Success Principles, which informs my work in goal-setting, personal responsibility, and intentional living.
Together, my clinical training, education background, and coaching certifications allow me to bridge science, self-awareness, and practical application—helping individuals reduce stress, improve their health, and create lasting change in a way that feels realistic, grounded, and supportive.
